14th volume (2021) of EJM published

Volume 3-4/2021 is a thematic special volume on "50 Years of the Second South Tyrolean Statute of Autonomy".

Two issues of EJM were also published in the Corona year 2021. The two fascicles contain a total of 16 articles, 5 chronicle contributions and 3 reviews on 407 printed pages. Issue 3-4 is particularly topical with its focus on "50 Years of the Second South Tyrolean Statute of Autonomy". Eleven selected experts from South Tyrol and Austria (Hans Heiss, Franz Complojer, Karl Zeller, Walter Obwexer, Esther Happacher, Christoph Pan, Helmuth Tichy, Thomas Benedikter, Karl Rainer, Hatto Schmid, Davide Zaffi) have accepted the invitation to analyse the genesis, the development and the "Europeanisation" of the Second Autonomy Statute from their point of view, whereby the authors reflect the mutual complementation of scholars and (political or administrative) decision-makers, which is well-known and proven for EJM.
